About the role - Project Manager French/German(mid/senior role)

We are looking for someone passionate and eager to run innovative projects and build strong customer relationships with airports worldwide - we want a Project Manager to join our team!
As a project manager, you should have a proven track record of getting plans to happen, having you as a mobilisation driver. Being proficient in onboarding new clients and nourishing long-term relationships will definitely make you a good fit for this role.
Key data for you to consider:
- Income: 2100 - 3500 GBP gross salary/month, depending on role fit and experience level
- Yearly profit share
- Various performance and behaviour-based bonuses
- In-office or hybrid (partial office & partial remote)
- Office location: Cluj-Napoca
- Contract based on PFA or SRL with our UK entity
- Paid holidays
Responsibilities:
- Coordination: Coordinates all aspects of a project implementation, ensuring good collaboration that leads to achieving the project goals
- Customer engagement: manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, and promote the product adoption and development for each account
- Release management: Establish, keep track of, and adjust timelines for releases
- Change Management: Manages the tracking and development of changes and further development of the products for its clients
- Product Adoption: Collaborate with the Product Manager and the entire organisation to ensure the alignment of client requests and project objectives with product goals.
Qualifications & skills:
- Proven track record in delivering successful projects in the IT sector - software solutions (min. 3 years)
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and effective problem-solving
- Skilled in agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, and team leadership
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, Romanian and French/German
- A team player and have a problem-solving aptitude, driven to results
- Driven to build the best customer engagement experience via his activities
- PMP certification and aviation domain knowledge are a plus
- Proficiency in using Spanish and/or French is a plus
