Key facts to consider:
- 800 - 2000 GBP gross salary / per month, depending on role fit and experience level
- Full-time, reporting to the Head of Product Delivery

Responsibilities:
- Understand and document the problem to be solved
- Translate business requirements and needs into product solutions
- Coordinate with the product teams (Product Owner, Project Manager, Developers, Quality Assurance) to ensure requirements are clearly understood, translated, and implemented
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the working environment and efficiency of the business processes
The most important requirements for this role are:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Romanian
- A passion for organising information
- Ability to follow long-term objectives
- Excellent written communication skills
- Some experience in software development
- Comfortable interviewing clients/people about their behavior and needs
- Ability to think a few steps ahead
- Capability to influence without authority
- Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally from a technical institution
Nice to have:
- Some experience in software development
- Certification in Business Analysis
