We are looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys understanding how things work, getting into the details of customer needs, and translating complex business problems into clear product solutions.

As a Business Analyst at AirportLabs, you will work closely with customers, Product Managers, developers and other stakeholders to understand problems, define requirements, and support solutions from initial discovery through to production.
Key facts to consider
- 1600 - 2500 GBP gross per month, depending on role fit and experience level

Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs, business problems and operational processes.
- Gather, clarify and challenge requirements with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering throughout development and release.
- Help validate that the delivered solution solves the right problem.
- Contribute to improving BA practices and ways of working, including the use of AI
Qualifications & skills
- Experience as a Business Analyst in a software or product environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian.
- Ability to turn ambiguous information into clear, structured requirements.
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good understanding of software products, workflows, integrations, and system behaviour.
- Comfortable using AI tools to research, analyse, structure information or improve day-to-day work.
- Able to work independently, challenge assumptions and take ownership.
- Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with complex operational software, integrations, or data-driven products.
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Experience in aviation, airport operations, or a similar complex industry.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Business Analysis certification.
- Proficiency in Spanish, French and/or German.
